The houses are managed by Eleni who lives on site. You can contact her by email, she communicates in English with all your questions, manages reservations, transmits contracts, ensures your welcome and monitors your rentals. The houses are marketed on the rental platform booking.com.
Rentals start at 4:00 p.m. on the first day and end at 11:00 a.m. after the last night.

Saturday to saturday, Minimum stay of 7 nights from 2027 July 10th to 202 August 28th
Minimum stay of 5 nights for the rest of the season
Cleaning and sheet replacement package

Payment for cleaning must be made directly to the house manager on site.
2027 tourist tax: 15€/ villa/ day
Deposit to be deposited, refunded by bank transfer 10 days after departure.

Cancellation fees
Between 4 and 3 months before rental start date: 25%.
Between 3 and 2 months before rental start date: 50%.
